BSM Elite Academy's Players, Guglielmo Memo Picariello (12) and Sebastian Ortega (13) have been invited to join the New Jersey State Final Team for the 2018 – 2019 US Youth Soccer/NJYS Olympic Development Program! Memo and Sebastian were selected out of 350 skilled participants throughout the state of New Jersey.

Players are selected in New Jersey via annual open tryouts. These tryouts are conducted by NJYS coaches who are recognized for their ability to identify and train players with superior skills. Selection of players is not an easy task. NJYS coaches are assisted in the selection process by several other qualified coaches from the club and league level. Players are evaluated on the four components that make up a soccer player:

1. Technique 2. Tactics 3. Fitness and Athletic Ability 4. Psychological Component (Attitude)
